PLACING AN ORDER
ANTIQUARY WATCH reserves the right to reject or cancel any order you place with us, and/or to limit the quantities on any order. Notwithstanding any order confirmation or other communications sent by ANTIQUARY WATCH, your order shall not be deemed accepted by ANTIQUARY WATCH until shipped.
Your submission of your order shall constitute your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER.

WARRANTY
ANTIQUARY WATCH warrants that all watches represented are authentic as described, and in good, working order.
Some of our offerings have serviced movements; please refer to the specific item's descriptions for clarification.
We recommend all timepieces to be serviced for daily use, but we understand many collectors have their specific preference of watchmakers. Should you want us to service the watch prior to delivery, we are happy to assist with the process, and will provide an estimate beforehand.

Watches that are serviced by ANTIQUARY x GRAND CENTRAL WATCH come with a 2-year warranty. We do not provide any warranties on un-serviced watches sold.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card
We can only ship your order to addresses verified by your issuing credit card bank. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which are the same as your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order. Credit card payments will be processed for the full amount before any labor is performed on used and vintage items.

ANTIQUARY WATCH retains the right to refuse credit card purchases at any time. Credit card charges for larger transactions may be denied and could require an alternate payment method. ANTIQUARY WATCH also retains the right to charge any customer credit card on file to pay for overdue invoices.

Bank Wire
Details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed and funds have been received by our banking institution. Please email us a copy of the wire transaction provided by your bank to speed up this process and help track your incoming wire. E-mail info@antiquarywatch.com for wire instructions.

Cashier's Check
All cashier’s checks must clear before any orders or merchandise can be sent out. There is a 5 to 7 business day hold placed on all checks received. E-mail info@antiquarywatch.com for check payment instructions.

​SHIPPING
We do our best to ship incoming orders as soon as possible. However, for security reasons, we do not ship over weekends and/or federal holidays.

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx "Next Day" or "Two Day" express services. Adult recipient signature will be required for all residential shipping addresses.
All shipments must be insured at the purchase price, and are insured by Jeweler's Mutual.

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. We do not rent watches. However, if an item arrives not as described, grossly misstated, or not in appropriate working order, you shall be entitled to return said item for a full refund, at the discretion of ANTIQUARY WATCH, not to be unreasonably withheld.

All returns must be requested no later than ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the item, and the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, along with any accessories and documentation that accompanied the item when received. All items have detailed photography of its condition before being shipped or delivered to the customer.

All refunds are done in USD and we hold no responsibility and will not compensate for any fluctuations in currency exchange/conversion. Refunds are returned in the same manner as payment was received.
